What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle : posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Source candidates through multiple channels (databases, online platforms, social media)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Understand clients’ unique hiring needs and design bespoke staffing solutions
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements
• Support clients with new hire documentation and onboarding
• Stay updated on Singapore’s employment laws and regulations
