Position : Retail Associate /

Working Days : 5days work

week

Working Timing : shift work 6am -

12am

Transport will be provided for first and

last Shift.

Starting Salary : $2200 - $2500+

Commission (average

$450-$1250)

The

Role : Reporting to the

Operation Manager.

Managing day-to-day store

operations.

Delivering an exceptional in-store

experience to customers.

Achieving monthly

sales targets

Promote and demonstrate to

tourist & walk-in.

Handle customer

inquiries and explain product benefits effectively.

Manage the POS system, payments, and cash

handling.

Oversee in-store inventory and

conduct regular stock checks.

Coordinate with

the back-end office on sales matters.

Address

customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales

service.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys

and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate daily sales

records.

Ensure the store is clean and

well-organized.

Perform other ad-hoc duties

assigned by

management.

Requirements :

GCE 'O' Level with at least 1- 2

years of retail experience

Able

to commit to shift work

retail hours , including

weekends & public

holidays .
