Job Description :
- Establish, develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients and candidates
- Understand job descriptions & shortlist / attract quality candidates
- Engage in active sourcing / headhunting to proactively source for suitable talent / candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews and manage the candidate / client interviews to ensure full service is provided to clients and candidates
- Achieve sales target
- Training will be provided in full cycle recruitment covering business development, client partnership, candidate attraction, sourcing, interviewing and placement of candidates
