Roles & Responsibilities

About the Project

Implementing and configuring Workday’s cloud-based HR platform.

Responsibilities

Competent with Workday HCM, especially on EIB integration, and foundational understanding on Workday Core HCM.
supporting integration testing and relevant issue fixing.
In the event enhancement is needed on the integration, the candidate will collaborate with the core team on the related integration design changes.
Preparing weekly testing progress.

Skills / Requirement

Hands-on experience creating, configuring, and testing EIB inbound / outbound integrations, including custom report–based EIBs and calculated fields.

Understanding of Workday business processes, data model, and security domains to ensure integrations pull the correct data with proper access control.

Competence in monitoring integration runs, analyzing logs, debugging issues, and coordinating end-to-end testing with business stakeholders.

Strong skills in data mapping, validation, error handling, and working with formats such as CSV, XLS, or flat files exchanged through SFTP.
