Senior Software Development Lead

This role is ideal for experienced ServiceNow developers who enjoy leading software development, mentoring others and shaping system architecture.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, development and customisation of ServiceNow applications and modules to optimise business processes.

The successful candidate will serve as the go-to expert for ServiceNow, capable of identifying and resolving issues independently, and advising both internal teams and external vendors.

• Lead the design, development and customisation of ServiceNow applications and modules
• Serve as the go-to expert for ServiceNow
• Architect and implement robust, scalable integrations between ServiceNow and third-party or cloud-based systems
• Support backend services using Java and relevant frameworks
• Conduct code reviews, ensure development best practices and maintain platform standards
• Provide guidance and technical mentorship to junior developers and internal teams
