Job Description :
The Centre Manager is positioned as a strategic and operational leader , who oversees the strategic, operational, and people development functions of HR Powerbank (HRPB). The role combines organisational leadership, programme management, and direct coaching of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) to ensure successful job placement, on-the-job performance, and career sustainability.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, programme delivery, and administration of HRPB.
- Expand HRPB’s role in outsourcing, in-sourcing, and contract services, ensuring scalability and service quality.
- Manage partnerships with SG Enable and other agencies for outsourced PWD Jobseeker Database.
Programme & Placement Oversight
Lead implementation of job placement initiatives, including hands-on training, refresher bootcamps, and workplace administration.Supervise database review, analysis, and reporting on active / seeking employment lists.Ensure delivery of last-mile coaching and 6-month post-placement support for PWD hires.Coaching & Mentorship
Provide direct coaching, mentoring, and sponsorship to PWDs throughout their employment journey.Supervise Job Coaches and Executives to ensure alignment with placement and coaching outcomes.Foster a supportive culture to improve job readiness and retention.Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
Liaise with external partners, employers, and government agencies to secure job opportunities for PWDs.Represent HRPB at forums, panels, and partnership discussions.Advocate inclusive employment practices and strengthen employer buy-in.Job Specifications : Qualifications
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field.Professional certifications in coaching, mentoring, or career guidance preferred.Experience
At least 3-5 years in HR, talent development, social enterprise management, or employment services.Proven track record in people management, operations, and stakeholder engagement.Prior experience working with PWDs or vulnerable groups is highly desirable.Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and organisational management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.Knowledge of inclusive employment practices, HR policies, and workforce development.Coaching and mentoring abilities, with good attitude and commitmentTotal package : Up to $4500
Employment type : Contract for Service
