AB03 - Telemarketing Officer

Telemarketer

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 10am - 6pm
Location: Work from home (WFH)
Salary: $1800 - $2200 + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls for banking-related products and services
• Introduce and explain banking products clearly and professionally
• Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads
• Set appointments or refer interested customers to relationship managers / sales team
• Follow up with warm leads when required
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets
• Comply with company policies and basic banking compliance guidelines

Requirement:

• Min 1 year of relevant experience
