Roles & Responsibilities

Employment Type : Contract

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (Hybrid)

Location : One North

Salary : Up to $9,000

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Owner by managing an Agile product team as the lead for Data Analysts, actively contributing to the full product development lifecycle from conceptualization to solution delivery.
  • Work with business stakeholders and end-users to design and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions, including problem / use case formulation, data pipeline development, proof-of-concept, and deployment into production.
  • Develop non-standard custom reports by integrating data from the Enterprise Resource Planning system (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA, Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud) and other enterprise systems, using cloud-native analytics platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks), and deliver outputs to end users (e.g., Power BI) or downstream systems.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical / data engineering teams to enhance the enterprise analytics platform, tools, and reusable assets.
  • Track, validate, and improve the performance of analytical solutions delivered.
  • Provide operational support and maintenance for the data and analytics infrastructure platform.
  • Collaborate with COE members to advance analytics capabilities, and drive adoption of best practices and emerging techniques.
  • Curate, develop, and deliver training sessions / workshops to build data analytics / science knowledge and skills across the organization.
  • Perform any other related duties to support departmental or organizational goals as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline; relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and delivering advanced analytics or data science solutions to address business challenges.
  • Strong familiarity with analytics and / or machine learning platforms, including how they integrate with upstream and downstream data and production systems.
