Job Overview

The AWF Cosmic FBA is responsible for aligning business and technology priorities, defining capabilities and requirements, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of AML workflow solutions. The role bridges business and technology teams to support the Group’s compliance and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive technology alignment with business goals.
• Lead requirements gathering, process design, and capability definition for enterprise-wide AML workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and technology teams to ensure smooth delivery and governance compliance.
• Oversee test planning, scope management, and change control throughout project lifecycles.
• Support post go-live activities, including knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
