Overview
We
are looking for an experienced and dynamic General
Manager to oversee the operations of multiple
F&B outlets and restaurants. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for ensuring consistent quality across all outlets,
driving operational excellence, and leading effective marketing and
promotional strategies to grow the
business.
Key
Responsibilities
1.
Operational
Management
Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets and
restaurants, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource
allocation.
Develop and implement standard
operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency across
outlets.
Manage inventory, supply chain
coordination, and cost control to optimize
profitability.
2.
Quality Assurance & Food
Safety
Monitor and enforce quality control standards across all
products and outlets.
Ensure compliance with
food hygiene, safety, and SFA regulations.
Conduct regular audits, staff training, and corrective
actions to maintain high product and service
quality.
3.
Team Leadership &
HR
Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers, chefs, and
service teams to achieve performance goals.
Implement talent development programs, succession
planning, and performance reviews.
Foster a
culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-first
mindset.
4.
Sales, Marketing &
Branding
Work closely with the marketing team to design and
execute promotional campaigns.
Expand brand
presence through digital marketing, partnerships, and community
engagement.
Drive customer acquisition and
retention strategies to increase revenue and market
share.
5.
Financial
Management
Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts,
and P&L reports.
Analyse financial
performance and implement cost-effective measures to maximise
profitability.
Identify new revenue streams
and expansion
opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality
Management, or related field.
Minimum 8 years
of experience in F&B management, with at least 3 years in a
multi-outlet leadership role.
Strong knowledge
of food safety standards, quality control, and operational best
practices.
Proven track record in marketing,
branding, and business growth within the F&B
industry.
Excellent leadership, communication,
and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive
in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
priorities.
