About the Role :

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Singapore, is seeking a talented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee procurement and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a proactive approach to supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all existing procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management .
• Coordinate and oversee both inbound and outbound logistics processes .
• Supervise warehouse management to ensure efficient storage and distribution of materials .
• Prepare Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents, and conduct thorough evaluation of vendor quotations .
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to optimize pricing and contract terms .
• Perform regular price comparisons and supplier benchmarking to ensure cost competitiveness .
• Conduct supplier and vendor evaluations; ensure all performance KPIs are met and documented .
• Collaborate internally to support inventory management and timely deliveries .
