The company

Our client are a management consulting firm partnering with major financial institutions to deliver complex transformation programs across governance, data, process, and technology. Their consultants combine deep industry knowledge with hands-on execution capabilities.

The team

You will join a transformation team based in Singapore, working on a strategic program to redesign the operating model for rates management within a global banking environment. The team collaborates closely with operations, IT, risk, and business stakeholders to enhance governance, controls, and system architecture.

The role

As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of a new target operating model (TOM) for interest and FX rates. Youll support process reengineering, control framework design, data governance setup, and technology integration, with a focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This is a delivery-focused role requiring both structure and autonomy.

The requirements

• Experience in process reengineering and target operating model (TOM) design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid reporting capabilities
• Good understanding of end-to-end operations processes in banking
• Exposure to Global / Corporate Banking products (e.g. Cash Management, Trade Finance) is a plus
• Ability to navigate cross-functional environments and communicate with stakeholders across operations, IT, and senior management
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and capable of working under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in consulting or transformation projects
• Singapore-based
• Senior Consultant level
