Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Product Support :
- Manage the Critical Care product portfolio , serving as the primary point of contact for all product and application-related matters.
- Provide technical support and consultation to customers, clinicians, doctors, and internal sales teams on product selection, configuration, and application.
- Handle all product inquiries and deliver timely, accurate responses.
- Plan and deliver product training and updates for customers within assigned accounts or territories.
- Conduct product demonstrations , highlighting key features, functions, and benefits.
- Support the Sales Manager by reviewing tender specifications and contributing to solution proposals aligned with project requirements.
Post-Sales & Technical Service :
Deliver end-user training on product usage and applications, including preparation of training materials and scheduling.Assist with product installation and commissioning , ensuring configuration and settings meet customer specifications.Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Engineering, Logistics, Commercial) to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.Provide ongoing technical and service support , including preventive maintenance, warranty, and post-warranty services.Offer technical training for customers to support long-term product performance.Participate in project trials, post-sales support, and warranty standby duties as required.Perform additional duties as assigned in support of overall company goals.Requirements :
Min Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.Min 2 years of experience in the medical device industry.Strong communication and presentation skills.Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Interested applicants, please click on “Apply Now” or submit your resume to ref68@trustrecruit.com.sg
