Product & Technical Support Specialist (medical / healthcare) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Product Support :

• Manage the Critical Care product portfolio , serving as the primary point of contact for all product and application-related matters.
• Provide technical support and consultation to customers, clinicians, doctors, and internal sales teams on product selection, configuration, and application.
• Handle all product inquiries and deliver timely, accurate responses.
• Plan and deliver product training and updates for customers within assigned accounts or territories.
• Conduct product demonstrations , highlighting key features, functions, and benefits.
• Support the Sales Manager by reviewing tender specifications and contributing to solution proposals aligned with project requirements.
