Ivalua Consultant (Procurement)

Job descriptionExperience delivering reasonably large-scale, high-availability solutions using Agile methodologies e.g. SCRUM, preferably within public sector environment. Proven stakeholder engagement experience including requirements gathering, perform configurations, UAT support and go-live activities. The ability to work as a team to achieve important goals together. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion towards working for public good and society. Knowledge of data protection regulations and privacy considerations in the public sector would be advantageous. Knowledge of Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), SHIP-HATS and SG Tech Stack (SGTS) would be advantageous. Possess good communication skills, ability to articulate technology concepts, participate in discussions on requirements with stakeholders. Proficiency in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. Experience leading user training and conducting stakeholder presentations. Familiarity with Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies. Proficiency in SQL, workflow design, database management, and ETL / EAI configuration. Experience integrating Ivalua solutions with enterprise products and external platforms (such as e-signature). Excellent technical troubleshooting and system performance tuning.
Roles & Responsibilities
General Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Knowledge & experience implementing in SG Gov space will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes : RFx (Sourcing), Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement and Invoicing.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in Source-to-Pay or procurement solution delivery, with atleast one (1) year of hands-on Ivalua configuration experience.
- Possess relevant Ivalua Level 3 (L3) certifications including :
Ø Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist (for Functional Configurators), or
Ø Ivalua Certified Technical Specialist (for Technical Configurators)
