The QA will join a team of designers and engineers by developing test programs for the product which the team will be delivering. He / She will oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing

metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Test UI / UX and functional flows for commercial enterprise applications across multiple platforms adhering to carried standard checklist
• Document results of testing and report any defects in a clear and comprehensive manner
• Communicate and follow up any defects with the designer and developer of the software
• Actively investigate interesting new tools and techniques
• Well versed with tools such as HPQC and Jira for defect tracking and reporting
• Responsible for conducting daily and weekly defect triage meetings
• Coordinate with relevant teams and their PIC’s to follow up on defect resolutions
• Create test plan and write test cases for execution
• To prepare test plan and test scripts, to perform internal testing, to manage User Acceptance Testing and assist in test reporting in IT system implementation projects
• To conduct business analysis and requirement study, to document requirement and functional specification, and to liaise with users and developers on requirement validations in system implementation
