Location : Ubi (In between Taiseng & Macpherson MRT)
Salary Package & benefits :
- Basic : $4,500 – $6,000 (depending on relevant experience & qualifications)
- Dental benefits of $100 & Variable Bonus upon confirmation.
- 18 days AL
Working Hours :
Mon – Fri : Office hoursAlternate Sat : Half dayKey Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day aftersales customer service operations, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.Conduct Customer Experience Surveys (CEM) and analyze feedback to improve service delivery.Handle and resolve customer complaints proactively, ensuring timely closure and maximum satisfaction.Collaborate with the Service Manager to identify root causes of issues and implement long-term solutions.Develop and enforce customer service policies, standards, and best practices.Analyze service performance data, recommend corrective actions, and drive service improvement initiatives.Act as a single point of contact for complaints involving multiple departments.Meet customers face-to-face when required to resolve escalated concerns.Requirements :
Prior experience in the automotive industry is highly advantegeousStrong knowledge of customer service principles and quality assurance methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage customer relations effectively.📩 Application
