Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Ubi (In between Taiseng & Macpherson MRT)

Salary Package & benefits :

  • Basic : $4,500 – $6,000 (depending on relevant experience & qualifications)
  • Dental benefits of $100 & Variable Bonus upon confirmation.
  • 18 days AL

Working Hours :

  • Mon – Fri : Office hours
  • Alternate Sat : Half day
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day aftersales customer service operations, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct Customer Experience Surveys (CEM) and analyze feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints proactively, ensuring timely closure and maximum satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to identify root causes of issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Develop and enforce customer service policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Analyze service performance data, recommend corrective actions, and drive service improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a single point of contact for complaints involving multiple departments.
  • Meet customers face-to-face when required to resolve escalated concerns.
  • Requirements :

  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is highly advantegeous
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage customer relations effectively.
