Roles & Responsibilities
Location : South Area
Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays 9am – 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am – 1pm
Job Responsibilities :
To process purchase agreements
Fax to finance institution / bank to quote settlement amount.
To email sales support team on the settlement quote.
To check HPFLAS for no outstanding finance
To ensure all documents signed.
Liaise with dealers on confirmation quotes.
To upload PCMS for all VPA files.
To manage files housekeping
Provide support for full settlement requotes or VDR.
To handle VDR – upon hand over.
To ensure settlement quotes are valid.
To ensure all documents are submitted.
To expedite submission of VDR to Finance department.
To issue Vehicle Sales Agreement.
Liaise with dealers – upon vehicles e-transfer and collection
Ensure cheques are bank-in.
Follow up – dealers to accept initiate transfer.
Update Finance department – dealers upon acceptance.
Update PCMS.
Any other tasks as and when assigned.
Job Requirements :
1. Minimum of ‘O’ levels and above preferred.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office would be an added advantage
3. Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Admin / Coordinate / Support Officer in the automotive industry or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Good communication skill, meticulous and hardworking.
5. Able to commit overtime when required.
