Job Description :
Our client is a leading provider of fluid system solutions in Singapore.
Develop and expand assigned customer accounts through a solution-selling approach, proactively identifying client needs and recommending the most suitable technical solutions to address their challenges.
Provide exceptional service throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial discussions to post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Refinery sectors. Drive market penetration and revenue growth.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, develop account strategies, and monitor progress against agreed business objectives. Track key performance indicators to ensure targets are achieved.
Work closely with the Engineering Services team to design and deliver value-added solutions tailored to customer requirements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients.
Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements :
Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related science / technical discipline.
Min 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Refinery sectors in Singapore.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI).
