Primary Function
- To be sales driven and customer oriented and increase product sales
- To raise awareness of product and build customer's interest
1) Daily Scope of job :
Actively promote all product to customers.Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.Build strong relationships with customers to drive product awareness and sales.Work in dynamic environments such as departmental store and atriums.Achieve monthly sales target to earn attractive incentives and commissionsCollaborate with sales team to achieve targetsManaging and supervising team of promotorsMonitoring performance and identify training needs2) Weekly / Monthly Scope of Job :
Participate in new product training and development activities to update skills and knowledge.Monthly sales meeting in office3) Others :
Require wearing uniform in neat and pleasant appearance.Always perform a pleasant and patient attitude to customers.Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.Job Requirements
Able to commit weekdays and weekends. (6 days work week)Enthusiastic and comfortable engaging with customers.Sales-driven, with a passion for promoting quality products.Willingness to work in different retail environments.A team player who is proactive and highly motivated.
