I'm working on a exciting new mandate for a Head of Product to join a digital bank in Singapore.

The role :

  • Product Director or Head of Product (depending on experience)
  • Define and execute the overall product vision, aligning goals with stakeholders and technical teams
  • Manage and lead the Product development org - leading a experienced team of 4-5 PMs.
  • Articulate Product within the business i.e. translate the business needs to product requirements, and ensure tech teams understand context and specifications required to build world-class products
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and prioritize features with technical teams; set and track metrics to measure product success and iterate for improvement; communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches and quick feedback

The requirements :

  • 10+ years in product management or related roles, including 3+ years in a product leadership role with experience managing a team of product managers.
  • Experience with digital banking solutions and products. Preferably experience with business / corporate banking domain.
  • Familiarity with KYC, corporate payment systems, or transaction banking products would be a plus
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across business, risk, compliance, and tech
  • Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin - given the need to work closely with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
