Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG or food ingredients industry Knowledge of best practice inventory management and safety stock policies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement Detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable to fast paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the inventory planning process, including demand forecasting, replenishment planning and stock optimization
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Operations teams to align inventory with business needs, customer requirements and market trends
- Monitor, track and analyze demand patterns to recommend timely adjustments
- Prepare inventory performance reports with insights on trends, risk and opportunities to Management Team
- Maintain accurate master data and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Drive continuous improvements in inventory planning processes, systems and reporting
