We are currently partnering with an Insurance firm to hire for a Legal Deputy Manager to join the team. The role involves providing advice, drafting, and managing documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal support on corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance requirements.
• Support governance and policy frameworks within the business.
• Liaise with external counsel where necessary.
