Job Description

We are looking for a Boutique Manager for the Longines brand to be fully responsible for the management and performance of the store.

Mission and Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and operational objectives
• Identify customers’ needs, recommend the right product and close the sale
• Support the team and track sales target achievement, motivating toward sales goals
• Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with the team and HQ departments
• Oversee store stock levels and combinations, ensuring optimum levels per guidelines
• Ensure compliance on processes and perform inventory checks according to procedures
• Allocate and manage manpower in the team duty roster on a monthly basis according to guidelines; ensure adequate staffing
• Manage customer complaints and report to management
• Maintain the boutique in accordance with guidelines
• Merchandise watches in accordance with guidelines
• Store POSM properly and keep storage cabinets clean and tidy
• Accurately compile and file all sales and stock reports, customer service documents
• Conduct daily cash banking in deposits according to guidelines and report discrepancies immediately
• Prepare reports as needed on team attendance, leave, and overtime

Preferred Profile

The ideal candidate will have managerial experience in a retail environment, leading a team to nurture and grow with watch product knowledge, sales acumen, a strong sense for client satisfaction, luxury experience, and etiquette.
