Job Responsibility

  • Provide first level of support and customer service
  • Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
  • Require to listen, probe to clarify and understand customer needs
  • Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer queries
  • Manage modified parts repairs and warranty claims
  • Arrange routes for revisit
  • Generate reports and perform various administrative tasks

Job requirement

  • Minimum 1 Year(s) of experience in Similar Position
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin as customers need
  • Highly motivated and positive-minded
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
