The Hostess / Host is responsible to greet customers and to
ensure that all guests receive an
amazing
experience.

Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides
menus
2.2 Manage waiting list as per brand
guidelines
2.3 Offer appropriate seating
arrangements
2.4 Receive and record customers
dining reservations
2.5 Ensure all orders are
filled in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain clean and organized tables and work
area
2.7 Observe proper grooming and personal
hygiene at all times
2.8 Assist waiters and head
waiters when needed
2.9 Manage event related
work including setting up tables of the
restaurant
2.10 Ensure all guests receive
positive and professional service to the highest standards to
exceed the
customer's
expectations
2.11 Handles guest problems and
complaints
2.12 Attend all regular departmental
briefings and contribute to an open communication within
the
assigned team
