Master Carpenter

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Master Carpenter for high-stakes, custom, and technically demanding projects. This is not an entry-level position. We require a craftsman who can demonstrate an exceptional level of skill, precision, and problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines. The successful candidate will work on projects with little to no supervision and will be expected to produce flawless results from the very beginning.

Mandatory Qualifications & Conditions

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in high-end residential or commercial carpentry. Experience with historical restoration, custom millwork, or complex structural framing is a must.
• Zero tolerance for errors. All work must meet an impeccable standard of accuracy. We will not accept imperfections, miscuts, or structural inaccuracies. A single error may result in immediate termination.
• Must provide a portfolio of at least three completed projects that showcase advanced skills, precision joinery, and complex installations. Include detailed photos and schematics.
• Owns a full set of professional-grade tools. You must have your own comprehensive set of high-quality tools, including specialized equipment for joinery, finishing, and measurement. You will not be provided with tools.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and architectural drawings with no room for misinterpretation. You will be tested on-site.
• Comfortable working under extreme pressure and adhering to non-negotiable deadlines. Projects often require extended hours, including nights and weekends.
• Expert knowledge of all relevant building codes and safety regulations. You will be held personally responsible for ensuring all work is compliant and safe.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently without constant oversight. We expect you to manage your time and materials with extreme precision.

Compensation :

Compensation is highly competitive and will be based on the successful completion of a rigorous on-site skills test and a thorough review of your portfolio.
