Job Responsibilities

Overall Responsible for Tenancy Matters of Tenants and Managing of Lease Issues with Tenants
Well versed in compliance requirements and ensure Tenants comply with Authorities regulations on compliance matters
Negotiate and process the renewal documents of Tenancy Agreements with Tenants
Good knowledge of market rental and formulate strategies with encompass rental review
Responsible for Rental Collection
Develop and maintain strong Landlord-Tenant relationship
Able to value add and maximise returns to the property

Job Requirements

Diploma holder and above

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably managing Industrial / Commercial rental portfolio

Pleasant and cheerful personality with excellent communication of interpersonal skills
