Implementation / Roll out of project :
Responsible for implementing and configuring SAP solutions to meet the business requirements of the customer. He / She should work closely with business & Onsite stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional specifications for the SAP system.Responsibilities :
Business Process Analysis : Collaborate with business stakeholders & Onsite team to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals.Solution Design and Configuration : Design SAP system configurations and customizations based on business requirements & Design. Configure SAP modules and functionalities, to meet the business processes and optimize system performance.Functional Specifications : Document functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements, including detailed requirements, process flows, and system behaviors. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of required changes.System Testing and Validation : Plan and execute system testing to ensure that the implemented SAP solution meets the defined requirements. Conduct functional testing, Integration testing , and support end-users in validating system functionality.Training and User Support : Provide training and support to key users on SAP functionalities and processes. Develop testing documents, and facilitate training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the SAP system.Data Migration and Integration : Collaborate with Data team to facilitate the data migration strategies and perform data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities. Support and test integration interfaces between SAP and other systems to enable seamless data flow.Change Management : Assist in managing organizational change related to SAP implementations. Support change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.Upgrade / Conversion / Migration Projects :
Responsible for analysing, configuring and testing SAP solutions to meet the requirements. He / She should work closely with Architect, business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, and ensure the To be solution is meeting the business needs.Responsibilities :
Analysis : Collaborate with Architect / Lead, business stakeholders & Onsite team to understand the To Be requirements, compatability, challenges, and goals.Analyse the existing business process, configuration and custom developmentsAnalyse the outcome of readiness check and SIT check. Support concluding the list of pre-requisite including notes.System Testing and Validation : Plan and execute system testing to ensure that the To Be SAP solution meets the defined requirements. Conduct smoke testing, functional unit testing, Integration testing , and support end-users in validating system functionality.Configure : Design and configure the solution based on the outcomes from readiness check, sand box testing and analysis.Provide inputs to Basis & Technical team for migrating to To Be Architecture.Training and User Support : Provide training and support to key users on SAP functionalities and processes. Develop testing documents, and facilitate training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the SAP system.Tell employers what skills you have
