Roles & Responsibilities
Salary Range : SGD 3,800 – 6,000 per month (depending on experience)
Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent
Work Location : Central Singapore (with travel to client sites as required)
Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site and remote support for installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network equipment, and related systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and ensure system uptime in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Support system upgrades, patching, and migration projects as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve service requests.
- Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and asset records.
- Adhere to IT security and workplace safety standards during all service activities.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related discipline.2–5 years of experience in field service or IT infrastructure support (servers, networks, hardware).Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux servers, networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, LAN / WAN), and common IT hardware.Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Server+, or Microsoft / VMware credentials will be an advantage.Good problem-solving skills with ability to work independently under minimal supervision.Willingness to travel to client sites.EA License No : 23C1703
