Field Service Engineer (IT – Server & Network) | Central | Up to 6k - WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Salary Range : SGD 3,800 – 6,000 per month (depending on experience)

Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent

Work Location : Central Singapore (with travel to client sites as required)

Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site and remote support for installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network equipment, and related systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and ensure system uptime in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Support system upgrades, patching, and migration projects as required.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve service requests.
• Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and asset records.
• Adhere to IT security and workplace safety standards during all service activities.
