Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Provide administrative support in Logistics department
- Handling Logistics / Shipping documents
- Update data into ERP systems
- Ensure proper documentation and operation
- Assist in other aspects of other logistics operations as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 1 years of relevant experience.Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time managementAble to work independently in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and able to work under pressureTeam player and committed to workEffective communication and co-ordination skillAble to commence work at a short notice or immediateAbility to communicate in English & Chinese to liaise with English & Chinese speaking stakeholdersTell employers what skills you have
