Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (80%)

  • Manage daily operations, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives across functional units in General Services.

Security & Carpark Management :

Administer and enforce carpark policies effectively.

Oversee vendor performance in areas such as maintenance, breakdown response, and service cost efficiency for key systems (e.g. card access, CCTV, carpark, walkie talkies).

Ensure proper maintenance and audit of master key records, key issuance, and change processes.

Review and improve incident cases, feedback, and emergency reports to enhance safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with external agencies to investigate reported cases and implement preventive measures.

Participate in security working groups to promote awareness and best practices.

Conduct regular dialogue sessions with staff to address operational and security matters.

  • Handle and review service feedback, recommending improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Propose and implement new initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely review and renewal of service, lease, and license contracts, including evaluation of cost and terms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to drive service improvement projects.
  • Review and manage incident feedback, ensuring corrective actions, workflow updates, and disciplinary follow-ups are completed.
  • Support departmental logistics, procurement, inventory, and payment processes, maintaining proper records and documentation.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating departmental policies, SOPs, emergency response plans, and annual budgets.
  • Secondary Responsibilities (20%)

  • Oversee staff development, training, and discipline within the department.
  • Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.
  • Review and update training plans for team members.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of SOPs and documentation for all functional units.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Public Safety and Security, Engineering, or a related field.
