Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer accounts and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Actively seek and develop new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Strategize and execute plans to achieve or exceed annual sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales materials, presentations, and proposals that align with client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and manage the RFQ (Request for Quote) process efficiently.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, quotation, coordination with operations teams, project execution, and post-sale support.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Ensure seamless communication internally and externally, with timely follow-ups and updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
