Legal Associate - General - HO & WEE LLP

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a junior associate with an interest in a spectrum of legal work including conveyancing, wills and probate, corporate secretarial and general solicitor’s work.

Requirements :

• Singapore qualified with up to two years of experience.
• Provide legal advice and support on corporate and commercial matters.
• Research and advice on relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Highly motivated and driven, resourceful and meticulous individual.
• A strong sense of responsibility, with a proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• An excellent command of written and spoken English and, preferably, Mandarin (to communicate with our Mandarin speaking clients).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• IT savvy and comfortable using MS office applications and willingness to learn new software when required.
• Ability to work well under pressure and muti-task efficiently.
• Proactive and commercially minded, with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
