Regional Tender Executive (Freight Forwarding / Changi) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with global and regional account teams to lead or support tender submissions for key clients.
• Review and analyze tender requirements, coordinating with APAC offices to gather accurate and timely data.
• Collaborate with local offices and centralized procurement teams to prepare competitive, high-quality proposals.
• Develop project plans to oversee pricing analysis, internal reviews, and adherence to global tender protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated within reporting and document management systems.
• Contribute to cross-regional meetings by sharing insights and best practices on tender management.
• Address tender-related issues by implementing corrective actions to improve performance.
• Support additional assignments and participate in related projects as required.

Candidates with experience in any freight forwarding roles are welcome to apply (prior tender management experience is an advantage, but not mandatory).
