Procurement
- Maintain good understanding of the procurement policy to ensure proper procedures and administration are being complied
- Perform timely execution of procurement activities and submissions to achieve optimal Procure-to-Pay (P2P) results
- Generate tender documents, contract drafts, and purchase orders in accordance to procurement policies and guidelines
- Support sourcing efforts through market research and supplier engagement together with stakeholders
- Render guidance to evaluation committees for tender submissions and generate recommendation reports
- Confer with stakeholders to determine the best approach to resolve procurement needs
- Render guidance and assistance to the department associates
Office Administration
Monitors and provide support in areas of general office supplies and servicesPreparation of reports and minutes for the department and meetingsPreparation and issuance of staff onboarding equipment and itemsManages business relationship with suppliersFacilities Management (FM)
Collaborate and coordinate with subcontracted FM team to ensure all facility-related purchases and requirements are fulfilledReview FM team’s service report and completed worksConducts quarterly meetings with FM team to keep updated of FM team’s progress and scopeInformation Technology (IT)
Render administrative support for IT and communications infrastructure and contracted IT suppliersCoordination of related works with suppliersAny Other Duties
Contribute to process improvements and team’s projectsTo perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting OfficerRequirement & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in the area of Supply Chain ManagementCandidates without a Bachelor’s Degree should possess at least 5 years of experience in the field of procurementMinimally 3 years of experience in similar capacityExperience of working in both public and private sectors with good understanding of procurement process will be an added advantageGood command of English especially in formal writing and high level of meticulousness is a requisiteProficient in areas of contract drafting and contractual terms, ITknowledge and skills, and facilities management understandingTell employers what skills you have
