Import Officer / Executive (MNC / Training provided)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible :

• Customer Service - Handle call or email enquires and offer support with regards to import shipments related to the account.
• Shipment Coordination - Coordinate with relevant overseas branches on freight arrangement and shipment movement. Liaise with delivery team on shipment delivery to the customer on time.
• Documentation - Review / verify shipping documents to be accurate before dispatching to the customer.
• Billing - Pre-check and monitor the billing flow to ensure the accuracy of our bills before submitting to the customer.
