Position Summary : The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as managing administrative functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a background in palm oil, biofuel, palm oil feedstock or related business who can contribute to both HR and business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Human Resources Management :
- Oversee and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Partner with department heads to develop and execute strategic HR plans that drive organizational effectiveness.
- Manage the full cycle of staffing, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and manage HR-related documentation.
- Administrative Management :
- Supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of five years of experience in human resources management or employee recruitment and palm oil / biofuel / palm oil feedstock or related business tradingBilingual proficiency both written and spoken to effectively communicate with stakeholders.Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Cheah Wei Ee
