Job Summary :
We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Payroll Executive to manage the full spectrum of payroll functions for our Singapore operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while complying with local regulations, statutory reporting, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process monthly payroll for Singapore-based employees (150 HC +-) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update payroll records including new hires, terminations, variable payments, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as CPF, IRAS (AIS & Form IR8A), SDL, NS Make-up Pay contributions.
- Manage submission of payroll-related statutory filings to relevant government agencies (e.g., CPF Board, IRAS).
- Handle salary adjustments, bonuses, incentives, claims, and reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, costing reports, and bank payment instructions.
- Liaise with Finance teams for employee data integration and reconciliation.
- Respond to employee queries regarding salary, tax, and CPF matters
- Support year-end processes such as income tax reporting and audit preparation.
- Ensure payroll processes are aligned with company policies and internal controls.
Requirements :
At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing in Singapore.Strong knowledge of Singapore’s payroll regulations, CPF Act, Employment Act, and Income Tax Act.Proficiency in payroll software will be an added advantage (Info-Tech).Good command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).High level of integrity and attention to detail.Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
