Job Summary
MAG seeks a senior multimedia designer or senior art director to lead and execute integrated communication campaigns, branding, and digital content development, driving impactful marketing outcomes across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualisation and execution of integrated communication campaigns, branding (including corporate identity), social media, digital campaigns, and through-the-line materials such as brochures, web banners, social media posts, websites, and key visuals
- Collaborate effectively with copywriters and developers to deliver cohesive creative solutions aligned with marketing briefs and objectives
- Develop and craft digital imaging content, incorporating AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency
- Create compelling branding videos and develop animatics using AI tools to support campaign storytelling
- Apply advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, XD, and Premiere Pro to produce high-quality multimedia content from brief to final delivery
- Demonstrate strong marketing fundamentals and storytelling ability to develop key messages for integrated campaigns
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with speed and meticulous attention to detail
- Support team members collaboratively, including providing functional assistance (FA) when required
- Lead, motivate, and mentor creative teams to achieve business goals and foster professional growth
- Drive pitch-winning creative strategies while managing day-to-day client work across sectors such as property, automotive, financial, government, and FMCG
- Utilize outstanding typography, editorial layout, crafting, and graphic design skills to produce aesthetically compelling work
- Embrace challenges and contribute to business growth through innovative and strategic creative leadership
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital, design, creative, and/or advertising agency environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on property, automotive, financial, government, and FMCG accounts
- Proven track record of winning pitches
- Experience in UX and UI design
