We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef , to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading and managing the kitchen operations
  • Supervise CDPs, Demi Chefs, and Commis
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent and meet restaurant standards
  • Oversee daily mise en place, food production, and buffet setup
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness (HACCP compliance)
  • Assist in planning menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings
  • Monitor food cost, inventory, and minimize wastage
  • Train, coach, and evaluate kitchen staff performance

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 working years of related experiences as a Demi Chef or CDP in a luxury hotel
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in international cuisines and modern culinary techniques
  • Excellent organizational and financial acumen
  • Passion for excellence and innovation in gastronomy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
