Knowledgeable in managing and handling different events Strong knowledge in meeting / function rooms set up Manages team / workforce for each event in an effective manner to ensure guests request are met. As the Assistant Banquet Manager , we rely on you to :
- Support the F&B Manager in the overall administration and operation of banquet events
- To assist in maximising profits and maintaining high quality service for guests
- Provide solutions to solve recurring issues and ensure guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
