Job descriptionMinimum Diploma in IT / Computer Science or equivalent. At least 1 - 2 years of experience in IT Support or Information Systems. Hands-on experience on Windows 10, Active Directory, and O365. Entry-level network troubleshooting skills and understanding of networking. Intermediate proficiency in Excel is required. Strong communication skills.
We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and Support for a financial client.
Responsibilities :
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows 10, MS Office, and other common software.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers, projectors, and other peripheral equipment.
- Deal with hardware and software support queries and issues reported by end users.
- Engage with vendors wherever required to resolve issues related to hardware / software.
- Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory via ITAM software.
- Familiarize end users on basic software, hardware, and peripheral device operation.
- Responsible for administration of IP telephony systems.
- Responsible for administration of VPN users.
- Work with other operation teams to resolve issues.
- Travel between different sites in Singapore when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as designated by management.
