Job description

Job Description :

Provide front line customer service and handling patients enquiries
Provide financial counselling and advices to patients
Updating of patient particulars in the system
Attend to appointment scheduling requests
Assist in treatment and medical examination when needed
Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

Minimum Diploma or equivalent

Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude

Candidates with customer service experience will have advantage

Comfortable working in all healthcare settings
