Roles & Responsibilities
Job scope :
- Attentive to guests’ needs in a prompt and timely manner to ensure highest level of service
- Possess strong menu (food & drinks) and presentation standards
- Share the responsibility in guarantying hygiene, safety, and the service quality
- Placing food and beverages orders, ensure the orders to be delivered within said timeframe
- Assisting guests in their respective requests, performing suggestive and up-selling
- Outlet’s daily cleaning and setting
- Understand restaurant menu and product knowledge, professional beef knowledge and base knowledge of alcohol
- In charge of the beverage items (ordering, inventory control and preparation)
- Excellent grilling skills for all dishes
- Reception (Cashier, POS, Reservation)
- Solving all common customer issues / complaints
- In charge for purchasing & inventory of front-of-house miscellaneous items
- Supervise and train the service crew
- Reply customer & supplier emails
- Assist assistant manager / manager to plan any promotions
- Ensure on-site operational and equipment conditions all safe
- Familiar with, and responsible for, front-of-house preparations, operations, and food / service quality (Including inventory control, and communication with suppliers)
- Assist customer relationship management
- Charcoal station
- Assist in service crew training
- Assist management related task
- Assist chef / colleague on any urgent issue related to restaurant operations and services
- Clean and brush grilling mesh
