Prepare credit application, Bankers' Guarantee, and other documents requested by customers.
Support marketing staffs in dealing banking transactions with internal sections / departments, including inter branches, Head Office, etc. as well as external parties (customers, Financial Institution on Bankers' Guarantee matter, etc).
Co working with marketing staffs to reduce andplete items under provisional transaction within predetermined deadline.
Ensurepliance to legal, statutory, and internal rule requirements to support safe guarding of the Bank's interests.
Assist and coordinate with marketing staffs in handling andpleting requests related to customers' banking transactions from middle and back office ( PRIME case management, remittance callback, ITT / OTT information request etc).
Managing transactional problem and rmend solutions to marketing staffs, team leaders, section head and management.
Ability to make sound rmendations to section head and management based on clear logic.
Train and share knowledge to junior support staff(s).
Other tasks requested by Team Head / SH / Management.
