Job description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare credit application, Bankers' Guarantee, and other documents requested by customers.
  • Support marketing staffs in dealing banking transactions with internal sections / departments, including inter branches, Head Office, etc. as well as external parties (customers, Financial Institution on Bankers' Guarantee matter, etc).
  • Co working with marketing staffs to reduce andplete items under provisional transaction within predetermined deadline.
  • Ensurepliance to legal, statutory, and internal rule requirements to support safe guarding of the Bank's interests.
  • Assist and coordinate with marketing staffs in handling andpleting requests related to customers' banking transactions from middle and back office ( PRIME case management, remittance callback, ITT / OTT information request etc).
  • Managing transactional problem and rmend solutions to marketing staffs, team leaders, section head and management.
  • Ability to make sound rmendations to section head and management based on clear logic.
  • Train and share knowledge to junior support staff(s).
  • Other tasks requested by Team Head / SH / Management.
