Roles & Responsibilities

• Installation, Repair, and Maintenance : Carry out the installation, repair, and upkeep of various home appliances related to water, electricity, and gas systems.
• Technical Expertise : Apply hands-on experience and technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues in water, electrical, and gas systems effectively.
• Licensing Compliance : Possess valid licenses issued by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) and the Public Utilities Board (PUB) to perform work on electrical, gas, and water appliances.
• Customer Service : Engage with customers in a professional manner, attentively addressing their concerns and delivering practical solutions.
• Independent Operations : Work independently and proactively manage multiple service tasks, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
