From our Singapore office, you’ll work on some of the world’s most technically challenging offshore projects - think massive wind farms, complex platform installations, and the removal of retired oil and gas structures. Our fleet includes the largest crane vessels on the planet, and your work will directly support their operations across the globe.

What You’ll Do

As an Installation Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our offshore execution team. You’ll design, plan, and prepare technical solutions for heavy lift projects, and you’ll get the chance to go offshore to see your work come to life.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Developing offshore execution methods and selecting the right equipment.
• Designing lifting arrangements and supporting installation activities.
• Reviewing engineering deliverables like drawings, reports, and procedures.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams across disciplines.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of our Technology Department, collaborating with engineers from various backgrounds - mechanical, structural, marine - and working closely with teams in procurement, fabrication, operations, and logistics. During project execution, you’ll also work directly with the vessel crew offshore, providing updates and technical support in response to the dynamic offshore environment.
