Prepare daily mise en place and food production Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation to ensure consistent quality Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety in all kitchen areas Ensure food storage areas comply with hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures Perform stock taking, control, and ordering Handle opening and closing duties Manage and maintain hygiene standards as per SFA requirements Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors What We’re Looking For

A love for cooking, baking, and kitchen environments A deep curiosity and strong drive to learn new skills Proactivity in giving and receiving constructive feedback An optimistic, warm demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills Good communication skills, proficient in English Availability to work on weekends and public holidays Educational qualifications : O Level, Diploma, or Nitec / Professional certificate Minimum 2‑3 years of experience is preferred but not necessary (Training provided) Our Benefits
