Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a senior IT Product Manager to advance digital transformation projects and contribute to significant government projects !

Responsibilities :

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Drive product vision and strategy aligned with government digitalisation goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
  • Gather and analyze user requirements to inform product design and functionality.
  • Drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Develop product roadmaps and prioritise features based on user needs and business value.
  • Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and enterprise-level standards for corporate products.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, using data to make informed decisions.
  • Lead agile product management processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, resolve issues, and make key project decisions.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Singaporean only.
  • Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT product management.
  • Experience in cloud and Microsoft Products (Related certification will be an added advantage).
  • Project / Product Management related certification (PMP, CITPM, CSM, etc.).
  • Working experience in Agile methodologies (at least involved in several full SDLC)
  • Prior experience in low code platform will be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in government projects , including familiarity with IM8, procurement processes, and E-services application / system delivery.
