Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

1.Assist in handling client accounts, ensuring timely support and service delivery.

2.Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and order processing.

3.Build relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

4.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements :

1.Diploma / Degree holders (fresh graduates are welcome)

2.Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset.

3.Willingness to learn and grow in sales and account management.

4.Proactive, energetic, and able to work independently.
